PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of an information channel by giving a specific address to plural slave stations connected to one and the same transmission line, dividing an information channel into plural number so as to use the plural slave stations at the same time in the signal channel and information channel constituting a burst signal. CONSTITUTION:Terminal groups 6-1, 6-2, ..., 6-n and terminal equipments 6-1a-6-nc are connected in common to a control section 2 of an exchange 1 via a PCM highway 3 and a data highway 4. An outgoing burst signal having a format shown in figure (a) is sent at a prescribed period from the exchange 1 to the terminal groups 6-1-6-n and an incoming burst signal having a format as shown in figure (b) is sent to the exchange 1 from the terminal group alternately to the former signal. In this case, since information channels B1, B2 of the burst signal are divided into plural number, the transmission information of the terminal equipments 6-1a-6-nc is sent simultaneously to one information channel. Thus, a specific address is used to designate the plural terminal equipments thereby applying simultaneous connection of the plural terminal equipments.
