<p>PURPOSE:To reproduce a product having high current transfer efficiency easily without leakage to the outside of beams by covering an optical transmitting medium with a completely white optical reflecting medium and using the medium, limiting the range of a flow. CONSTITUTION:In structure in which the peripheries of a light-emitting element 3 and a light-receiving element 4 are filled with a transparent silicone rubber group resin as an optical transmitting medium 5 and the outside of the resin is covered with a white silicone rubber group resin as an optical reflecting medium 6, the white silicone resin, a flow thereof is kept within a range of 28-34mm, as the optical reflecting medium 6 is employed for no deviation and complete covering. The light- emitting element 3 and the light-receiving element 4 are mounted on approximately the same plane. Consequently, beams emitted from the light-emitting element 3 pass through the optical transmitting medium 5 as shown in the arrow and are reflected by the optical reflecting surface 8 of a boundary between the optical reflecting medium 6 and the optical transmitting medium 5, and reach to the light-receiving element 4. As a result, a shape that the optical transmitting medium 5 is covered with the completely white optical reflecting medium 6 is formed so that beams are all reflected by the reflecting surface. Accordingly, current transfer efficiency can be improved.</p> |
