PURPOSE:To shorten the waiting time caused by the release of the connection between a buffer and a channel by releasing said connection when no word is registered in a register which registers a word that follows the word to be stored in the buffer. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 1 fetches data to a register 3 from a data line 104 to write it to a data buffer 4 and sets +1 to a pointer 2. Here the buffer 4 still has the room and therefore a service request signal 101 is transmitted. When a data valid signal 102 is received, the data is fetched to a data register 3 from the line 104 and held there as it is. A frame generating circuit 5 produces a frame from the data of the buffer 4 and sends it to an optical loop 200. When a channel 11 is through with the transmission of data and an end signal 103 has an answer, the circuit 1 recognizes the end of the data and informs the end of a sequence to the channel 11 to release the connection between the buffer 4 and the channel 11. |
