PURPOSE:A lipid composition that is prepared by adding cyclodextrin to dolichol which participates a variety of physiological functions in living bodies and has received attention as a medicine thus becoming orally applicable, because the digestion and absorption of dolichol are improved. CONSTITUTION:The objective lipid composition is composed of (A) a compound of formula I (formula II is trans-isoprene unit; formula III is cis-isoprene units; n is integer of 12-18) which widely distributes in the bodies of mammarians such as human kidney or swine liver and plays a very important role for keeping life further increases hematopoietic functions in men or animals and/or its pharmacologically permissible ester and (B) cyclodextrin at a A:B weight ratio of 1/1-1/30, preferably 1/3-1/10. Thus, the absorption of the medicine A from the digestive tracts into the living body has becomes possible. |
