PURPOSE:To miniaturize a hardware, to reduce signal lines and to facilitate the connection and extension of an outgoing/incoming trunk by providing a microcomputer applying time division multiplexing processing to external and internal interruption to an automatic call means so as to constitute plural automatic call circuits by one set of automatic call circuit. CONSTITUTION:A call request signal connects to the external interruption input of an automatic call circuit 12 via an automatic call interface 11 from a communication controller or a speech recognition device (not shown). The microcomputer of the circuit 12 applied external interruption processing to acquire an outgoing/incoming signal trunk circuit 13, a dial signal is connected to an outgoing/incoming trunk circuit 13 and sent to a communication line 14. The microcomputer applies the internal interruption processing at a prescribed time period for the supervision of reply of opposite party. When no external/internal interruption exists, the end of communication is detected to apply restoring processing thereby completing a series of calling.
