PURPOSE:To constitute the line using two kinds of clock frequency by constituting a transmission line using the titled line repeater having a function using two tank elements different from the pass frequency from the result of detection of a supplying current detection circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a supplying current conducted from a terminal 5 to a terminal 6 is I1 and a supplying current conducted from the terminal 6 to the terminal 5 is I2, then the supplying current detection circuit detects the current I2. In case of the supplying current I1, a contact driven by the result of detection from a current detection circuit 13 in a power supply circuit 4 is thrown to the position (a), timing information from an equalizing amplifier circuit 1 is connected to a tank element 9 through the contact (a), and the information is identified and reproduced by a reproducing circuit 2 by the timing signal extracted as the pass frequency f1. In case of the current I2, the contact is thrown to the position (b) by the detection result at the current detection circuit 13 and the timing from the equalizing amplifier circuit 1 is connected to a tank element 10 through the contact (b) and identified and reproduced by the reproducing circuit 2 by the timing signal extracted at the pass frequency f2.
