PURPOSE:To correctly grasp the number of copies by providing counting inhibit means for inhibiting the counting operation of copy number counting means at the time of paper passing mode. CONSTITUTION:Counting inhibit means comprises a sensor 62 for detecting existence/absence of a copy sheet, which is mounted on a storing portion 341, a storing sensor 63 provided on the guide plate 339 side of transport rollers 360, 361, a discharge sensor 64 and a subprogram called from a program written in main CPU. At the time of a paper passing mode set by an operating button or a control program, counting inhibit means of a control device inhibits counting the number of copy sheets of copy number counting means 65. Accordingly, the copy number counting means 65 will not count (count up or count down) when a copy sheet is discharged to the outside, so that a user can correctly know the number of copies (only the number of times of conducting copying). |
