PURPOSE:To enable reduction of a moment load of a bearing, by a method wherein a bearing device is located to the intermediate position in a vertical direction of a stationary structure, an anchor chain is connected in a position situated further inner than an inner periphery to a base part by means of a stopper. CONSTITUTION:A stationary structure 12 is spanned internally of and between rotary structures 14, secured to the stern or the bow, at a should part 31 of an intermediate portion between a side wall 32 and an outer side wall 34 by means of a bearing device 30. The stationary structure 12 has a base part 18 to which anchor chains 16 are connected by means of stoppers 17. In order to facilitate connection, an access opening 38 is formed in the upper part thereof, and an oil transfer structure 22 is disposed in a tubular shaft part 20. This constitution causes the exerting point of the resultant force of the plural chains to approach the level of the bearing device, and as a result, moment applied on the bearing device is reduced, and the size and the weight of the structure can be reduced. Further, a work of connecting the chain to the stopper can be safely and easily performed with the aid of the access opening.
