PURPOSE:To enable the resonance frequency in a vibrating system to be adjusted by a number of sheets of adjusting leaf springs, by supporting a movable part by leaf springs on which a piezo-electric element is stuck. CONSTITUTION:If piezo-electric element 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b and leaf springs 4, 4 are electrically connected, the leaf springs 4, 4 generate bending oscillation by extending and contracting the piezo-electric elements 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b. Since the piezo-electric elements 7a, 7b and 8a, 8b cause leaf spring parts, sticking these piezo-electric elements, to generate bending motion in a direction reverse to each other, amplitude of said bending oscillation is doubled for when the leaf spring sticks on only a pair of piezo-electric elements 8a, 8b or 7a, 7b. Leaf springs 11, 14, to which oscillating force is transmitted through a trough 1, perform a bending motion almost in the same mode with the piezo-electric driving leaf springs 4, 4. When the trough 1 is changed with the other trough, only bolts in the upper end parts of the leaf springs 4, 4. When the trough 1 is changed with the other trough, only bolts in the upper end parts of the leaf springs 4, 4m 11m 14 are removed, and a number of sheets of the adjusting leaf springs 11, 14 is adjusted so as to provide the whole spring constant in accordance with mass of the new trough.
