摘要 In moved doors, windows, grilles and the like serious injuries often occur in the region of the pivot hinge. The large squeezing forces are produced in this zone due to the maximum lever arm, with the result that, in the case of metal profile frame elements, it is not uncommon for parts of, or entire, fingers to be severed off. The safety devices consist in the fact that one is prevented from reaching into this gap by screens and coverings. The different construction methods, e.g. of doors and inner and outer pivot region require different, even movable, coverings. They are attached by retrofitting on existing doors. In new structures, one is prevented from the possibility of reaching in by changing the movement gap in the hinge region. The engagement gap is turned into a sliding gap by moved cups. This results not in clamping-in, but in pushing-away. In this arrangement, different movement elements, e.g. metal profile frames, achieve, in turn, different possibilities for change. Soft plastic profiles of adapted degrees of hardness or even hollow profiles are provided as low-risk inserts.
