PURPOSE:To register a new link without troubling a user with a special labor by registering the link decided to be correct by information inputted, out of candidate links registered earlier as a formal link. CONSTITUTION:N is plural nodes to show unit knowledge respectively and L is a link to show the relation of cause and effect between respective nodes N and is stored in a knowledge system. A generating means 100, when the relation between new nodes is shown, respectively provides a candidate link L' between all nodes where the existence of the relation to a new node N is assumed and stores it into a knowledge system. An errata determining means 200, by the information inputted thereafter, registers the link decided to be correct out of the candidate link L' to be already registered earlier as a formal link L and cancels the registration of the link decided to be an error. Consequently, a new link can be registered without troubling a user with a special labor and the service of the said knowledge system is improved.
