PURPOSE:To execute the natural enlarging/reducing display and to improve a through- put by obtaining approximately a specific graphic area to which coordinates are converted based upon the radius and the central coordinates, determining the number of division and executing the coordinate conversion of enlargement and reduction based upon the divided data. CONSTITUTION:An ALU 21 inputs the central coordinates of a circular graphic from a segment buffer 1, obtains the coordinates of a single point on a circular circumference and stores these to registers 32 and 33. A matrix multiplier 38 executes the multiplying of the value of a register and the matrix set beforehand, obtains the central coordinates and the coordinates of the single point after an image is converted, and stores them through an FIFO 39 to an ALU register group 22. The ALU 21 obtains the radius after converting the coordinates from the data of the group 22, calculates the maximum and minimum values of Y and Y coordinates to which the circular graphic described by the radius contacts, when the area surrounded by these values is included in a part of the display area, determines the number of division by the radius and divides the circular graphic expressed by the central coordinates and the radius in the buffer 1 into a polygon. An image converting processor 30 executes the image conversion of enlargement and reduction to this and sends it to a clip processor. |
