PURPOSE:To reduce pulsation in car speed by applying the brake to wheels when a slip rate and acceleration/deceleration of the wheel are high, and by releasing the brake with speed changed depending on the braking condition of the other wheel. CONSTITUTION:Brake pressure control valves 28FL and 28FR of a right and a left wheel are controlled depending on the stroke of brake pedal (22) operation for energizing both a right and a left driving wheel brake 26FL and 26FR whereby respective valves 28FL and 28FR are further controlled by a CPU 58. And in the CPU 58, a wheel slip rate and acceleration/deceleration of respective wheels are operated, then when the slip rate and acceleration/deceleration of the wheel are judged to be higher, command is issued to increase pressure. On the other hand, when the slip rate and acceleration/deceleration are judged to be lower, command is issued to respective valves 28FL and 28FR to decrease pressure quickly or slowly depending on the other wheel with a brake on or off respectively.
