PRODUCTION OF MAGNETIC RECORDING MEDIUM

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the curing characteristic of an undercoat layer and to improve the adhesiveness thereof to a nonmagnetic substrate by providing a stage for heating the under coat layer after a stage for curing by irradiation of UV rays. CONSTITUTION:The undercoat layer is cured by heating after irradiation of the UV rays thereto to thoroughly cure the deep part of the undercoat layer where the curing is not enough by the irradiation of the UV rays and to improve the adhesiveness between the undercoat layer and the substrate. The various characteristics such as antistatic characteristic and solvent resistance required for the undercoat layer are improved.
