PURPOSE:To achieve the reduction in weight of a vehicle wheel and to achieve the reduction in cost by forming the wheel rim part and the wheel disk part integrally when a platelike stretch-drawing workpiece is work-formed. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle wheel is formed, first, a dislike stretch-drawing workpiece 1a is subjected to, for example, a deep-drawing by a press to form a bottomed ring-shaped intermediate material 1b. Next, this intermediate material 1b is subjected to, for example, a press-forming to form a wheel rim part 1 whose shape is as shown in the figure. Further, the intermediate material 1b in which the wheel rim part 1 is thus formed is subjected to, for example, a cold-forging to form a wheel disk part 2 of a prescribed shape. In this wheel disk part 2, bolt holes 3 and a hub hole 4 are formed. Thus, the productivity of wheels is enhance, and further the yield is heightened and cost reduction is enhanced.
