<p>PURPOSE:To execute the forecasting with the accuracy much higher than that of the forecasting by a conventional method by obtaining a specified work with the difficulty degree among respective unit works, calculating the difficulty degree coefficient of the works and integrating and multiplying it to a working amount at every unit work. CONSTITUTION:A series of the work until a compound product is completed is divided into some unit works by the type of occupation. When the demand forecasting of a working amount is executed, the period of construction and the man-hour is made as a reference, the man-hour required when interference is not executed by the usual flooring work at every unit work is assigned and the total is A0. Next, out of respective unit works, work at a high place, work to mutually interfere hourly and spatially and work to use a crane are obtained, the difficulty degree coefficient of respective these works, namely, a high place work coefficient eta1, an interference coefficient eta2 between types of occupation and a crane interference coefficient eta3 are integrated and multiplied to man-hour A0, and thus, necessary total man-hour A3=A0Xeta1Xeta2Xeta3 in the construction period is obtained.</p> |
