PURPOSE:To provide a flow regulating mechanism having a better outer appearance and of which removal can easily be performed by a method wherein both end surfaces having opening holes of piled up flow regulation units are heated and melted in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:When a flow regulator unit 2 is fixed to the upper edge injection ports 111a, 111b, 111c of an opening 101 of at least an open show case 100 of both end surfaces having opening hole 3, several units are piled up in a lateral direction S in such a manner as their outer surfaces become flat, and then four surfaces other than both end surfaces having opening hole 3 are fixed by surrounding them with a fixing frame 4. The piled up regulator flow units are heated from above and below by heating means of acetylene burner 6a, propane burners 6b, 7 while being advanced over the transporting roller 5, each of the piled-up surfaces of the flow regulator units 2 is melted and the adjacent flow regulator units 2 are welded to form a flow regulating mechanism 1. |
