PURPOSE:To form several kinds of mold-packages based on a metal mold, by inserting in a cavity and arranging metal parts which are removable and of the same material as the metal mold. CONSTITUTION:Metal parts (c) shown by the dotted line are inserted in a metal mold being a base whose package length is long, by utilizing an injection pin hole 6 on the side of an air vent 7, and are subjected to positioning. In this manner, a gate 4 of the metal mold which becomes a base is used as a gate as it is, and a metal mold whose package length is short can be formed. For the metal parts (c), a pilot pin 3' and an air vent 7' are formed, so that the positioning and the air venting of a leadframe can be performed in the same way as conventional metal molds.
