PURPOSE:To abolish the key, etc., classified by a maintenance person and to improve the efficiency of a maintenance safety work by describing the status code as well of a device maintenance person in an ID card, decoding the code and limiting and instructing the maintenance operation scope of the device by the status. CONSTITUTION:When the maintenance operator of a device inserts his own ID card into the card inserting port of an automatic machine, a status code decoding part 2 decodes a status code. A status-classified maintenance operation limiting part 3 holds the maintenance place as a table 3' corresponding to the status beforehand, retrieves the table 3' based upon the status information from the decoding part 2 and gives the instruction of the limit to the maintenance place in accordance with the contents. When the status is the bank clerk of the store, the lock releasing of the rear door of the device is executed, and further, the paper money can be supplemented and collected. On the other hand, when the status is a repairing engineer, still, the lock of the rear door is released, the checking of the place not related to the cash such as the changing of a program and the replacement of the parts and so on can be executed and the corresponding supporting picture is displayed. |
