PURPOSE:To obtain yarn full of variety in which a different fibrous material randomly exists in spun yarn, by introducing the fibrous material different from silver into an air jet nozzle without passing it through a draft device and joining the fibrous material to short fiber bundle. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous material F together with drafted short fiber bundle S is introduced to an air jet nozzle 6, the fibrous material F partially exists in core yarn in spun yarn Y1 and most parts of the fibrous material is spirally wound round the outer periphery of the core yarn similarly to wound fibers. The winding direction of the fibrous material F is alternately changed between S twist direction and Z twist direction at a certain period. |
