PURPOSE:To suppress unnecessary subresonance in high frequency band by supporting an optical system holder to an intermediate member through a bearing and not using a springy supporting member in the direction of rotation of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:An objective lens holder 2 consists of a cylindrical member 2b wound by a coil 18 on outer peripheral part, an objective lens and a columnar objective lens holding member 2a having a rectangular coil 16. The holder 2 is made rotatable around a pivot bearing part 21 consisting of a pivot bearing provided on the holding member 2a and a pivot shaft provided on the end of a shaft member 24. The shaft member 24 is fixed to a bearing holder 20 that forms an intermediate member, and the holder 20 is fixed to the erected part of a base stand 22 through a cylindrical rubber member 23 that acts as a damping member. Thus, vibration caused by the driving of the optical system holder in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis and the vibration in the direction of optical axis can be suppressed, and the unnecessary subresonance in high frequency band can be prevented. |
