PURPOSE:To find early pipe clogging by disposing a pressure sensor in a pumping-up pipe having a jet nozzle for injecting jet water flow into a receiving pipe so that objects to be pumped up are sucked into the receiving pipe. CONSTITUTION:A drive water pump 36 communicates to a drive water pipe 15 through a drive water supply pipe 39 provided with a drive water pressure sensor 27 and a drive water valve 38. A receiving pipe 19 and a jet nozzle 26 are provided to be separated in a certain interval from each other. A pressure sensor 44 is provided near a sand pumping-up separator 40, and the detection of pressure and the reverse washing of the receiving pipe are repeated. Thus, by comparing pressure of water flow with set pressure can be early detected the clogging of the receiving pipe and the pumping-up pipe.
