PURPOSE:To add a machine language instruction for indexing without adding a micro-routine and to register dynamically a data type inspecting pattern to a tag branching control memory by providing an operand generating device, etc. CONSTITUTION:A machine language program on a main memory 100 is inputted through a machine language instruction register 110 to an operation code decoding memory 120 and operand cutting-out information, etc., are outputted. When the instruction on the register 110 is the machine language instruction for indexing, in accordance with the information outputted by the memory 120, a data type inspecting pattern instruction is outputted from an operand generating device 130 to a tag branching control memory 150. For the memory 150, by the instruction outputted by the generating device 130 and a tag branching micro-instruction outputted by a microprogram, the type inspection of the output data of a data register file 140 is executed and a multi-directional branching control signal is outputted to a sequencer 170. Thus, the machine instruction for indexing can be added and the dynamic register to the memory 150 can be executed.
