PURPOSE:To improve reliability by inserting cuts and raises at a speaker frame bottom into holes arranged in a polygon to a top plate and folding it to improve the adhesive strength between the frame and the plate thereby improving the stability of adhesion. CONSTITUTION:Plural cuts and raises 2 are provided to the bottom of the speaker frame 1 and several holes 5 arranged in a polygon are provided to a plane 4 of the top plate 3. Then the cuts and raises 2 are inserted to the hole 5 and folded to couple the frame 1 and the plate 3. Thus, the strength of adhesion is increased, the adhesive stability is improved to improve the reliability. Further, no iron powder is produced then the quality is improved stably.
