PURPOSE:To contrive to make the titled apparatus compact, by such a simple structure that an inclined shaft is provided to the frame of the apparatus and only a spray part is formed as a shaking part by utilizing said inclined shaft. CONSTITUTION:A torch 11 is shaken by the rotation of a drive motor 20 in such a state that a rising and falling winch and a plasma spraying apparatus 1 are moved to a desired cylindrical part C and magnetic guide rollers 12, 13 are attracted between circular arc surfaces D. Herein, when the torch 11 shakes around an inclined shaft 26 within a 90 deg.-range, said torch 11 revolves around center O' in a range of an angle beta=60 deg. seeing from above and the revolving center O' thereof reaches in the vicinity of the center O of each of the circular arc surfaces D. Further, because the plasma outlet 30 of the torch 11 is always turned to the center O', plasma is discharged at an almost right angle with respect to each circular arc surface D to perform coating. In parallel to this spraying work, the plasma spraying apparatus 1 is raised and lowered to finish the plasma spraying of one cylindrical part C. |
