PURPOSE:To obtain a product having proper thickness by using a plate prepared of a high nitrile resin so that the corner part can be sharply molded and an extreme reduction in thickness can be avoided. CONSTITUTION:A plate whose thickness is more than 1mm is prepared of a high nitrile resin by hot-molding. The high nitrile resin is a copolymer whose main components are unsaturated nitriles such as acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile and so on and containing these nitriles of more than 50wt%. The plate of the high nitrile resin can be prepared by extrusion molding and calendering of the high nitrile resin or lmaminating more than two sheets obtained by calendering and press-adhering, hot-fusing or adhering thereof. Draw-molding products can be obtained by hot-molding, and usually pressure forming or vacuum molding is preferable. |
