PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin useful as a shot material, etc., in high precision by a simple method and readily, by dripping a liquid resin into an oil which has low surface tension and is kept at a desired liquid temperature and by curing the resin in the oil. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, an oil having low surface tension (preferably polydimethylsilicone oil having <=50,000mol.wt.) is kept at a desired liquid temperature, preferably 60-130 deg.C. Then, a liquid resin is dripped into the the oil at the desired oil temperature and cured in the resin to give the aimed resin. To be concrete, for example, a device constructed in such a way that the liquid resin a is dripped from polyethylene capillaries 2 set at the bottom part of a liquid resin tank 1 into the oil b at the desired temperature in an oil tank 3 is used and the resin is cured. |
