PURPOSE:To improve the surface properties of a hog dip galvanized steel sheet by specifying the temp. of the steel sheet at the outlet of the heating zone of a heat treating furnace, cooling the steel sheet at a specified cooling rate in the holding zone of the furnace and specifying the temp. of the steel sheet at the outlet of the holding zone. CONSTITUTION:A hot dip galvanized steel sheet is heated and held in a heat treating surface through a gas wiping stage to manufacture an alloyed steel sheet. When a one-side alloyed steel sheet is manufactured, the temp. of a one- side hot dip galvanized steel sheet is regulated to 500-550 deg.C at the outlet of the heating zone of the heat treating furnace, the steel sheet is cooled at <=15 deg.C/sec cooling rate in the holding zone of the furnace, and the temp. of the steel sheet is regulated to 350-500 deg.C at the outlet of the holding zone.
