PURPOSE:To effectively obtain the amplitude of an address signal, and to stably read out an information track, by providing a guide part whose width dimension changes continually according to a position in a circumferential direction of the end part on one side of an address pit part on the information track, or a guide groove, at the address pit part or in the neighborhood of an address pit. CONSTITUTION:The information track on an optical disk is equipped with an optical disk substrate 2, a recording member 7, a guide groove 5, a guide part 8, an irregular pit 3, an address pit part 4, and an information track 6. On the permissive optical disk substrate 2, the address pit part 4 consisting of the irregular pit 3 corresponding to the address information, and the information track 6 consisting of the guide groove 5 which performs the recording and the reproduction of information, and the guide part 8, are formed. The guide part 8 is formed so that it changes continually according to a circumferential direction so as to set its width dimension at the same one and the same position as the width dimension D of the guide groove 5 at a guide groove side within a range of length (l), and as the width dimension d3 of the address pit part 4 at an address pit part side. |
