PURPOSE:To enhance workability and operability by providing a radio guiding means which performs the driving operation of a flexible suction pipe, a blade, a wheel, a V-type blade and an arm, the running operation of a vehicle body and the elevating operation of the blade. CONSTITUTION:Sludge is sucked up through a suction pipe 14 by driving a first arm 12, a second arm 13 and a rotating part 3 and sent on the ground. At this time, the blades 6, 6' are buried into a sludge to fix a vehicle body 1. Further in a running period, the blades 6, 6' are ascended and one part of a caterpillar 4 is bedded to enable running and the bottom of a V-type blade 8 is held parallel to the bottom of a precipitation tank and a rubber brush 11 is bedded to enable running. The driving operation of the first arm 12, the second arm 13 and a rotating part 3, the elevating operation of the blade 6 and the running operation of a running part 2 are controlled by the radio guidance sent to a receiver 17 from a transmitter 16.
