PURPOSE:To make it possible to read signals surely from a signal recording medium and miniaturize the unit by placing junctions of a lens holder and plural wires off from the end of wires fixed to wires by a specified distance from the middle position between both ends of the frame. CONSTITUTION:A printed board 17 is fixed to a frame 12 by screws 19, and an end of wires 13-16 penetrate holes 12a of the frame 12 and soldered to the printed board 17. A hole member 18 is fixed to the frame 12 by a screw 20, and another end of wires 13-16 penetrate holes 12b of the frame 12 filled with damping material and inserted into holes 18a of the hole member 18. A focusing coil 3 and tracking coils 4 are mounted on a lens holder 1, and the focusing coil 3 is wound to enclose the side of the lens holder 1 and two tracking coils are wound with an objective lens between from the front of the lens holder 1 to return to the front again through the back.
