<p>The invention relates to a self-cleaning oven comprising, behind a vertical wall (3) of the cooking enclosure (2), in the muffle, a turbine (19) for ventilation of the enclosure connected directly to the shaft (20) of a first motor (18). The oven is characterised in that it comprises behind said wall a second motor (21), the shaft (10) of which is outside the periphery of the turbine and projects into the inside of the enclosure, through this wall, and in that it comprises a spit (14) and a movable cradle (12) comprising means (11, 15) for keeping the spit (14) opposite the turbine and transmitting the movement of rotation of the second motor to the spit. <IMAGE></p> |
