PURPOSE:The titled composition, uniformly containing an effective amount of a specific sulfonic acid group-containing substance in a dusting powder and capable of readily and efficiently modifying the dusting powder to a nondusting powder. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by uniformly containing an effective amount of one or two or more sulfonic acid group-containing substances selected from sulfonated methylolmelamine, methylolurea or cocondensate thereof or salt and condensate thereof in an amount of preferably 0.02-5wt% based on the powder in a dusting powder.
