PURPOSE:The titled composition suitable as floor covering materials, etc., having improved luster, wear resistance, black heal mark properties, water resistance and adhesivity, containing an aqueous resin composition and a specific polyurethane resin. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing (A) an aqueous resin composition (e.g., synthetic emulsion, aqueous urethane resin having low acid value, etc.,) and (B) polyurethane resin containing a carboxylic acid and/or carboxylate, having 40-200, preferably 60-120 acid value.
