PURPOSE:To simplify the required operation by using a telephone number from the information of a name card or processed information so as to apply automatic dialing thereby sending the information. CONSTITUTION:When the information is called, whether or not the information includes a telephone number is discriminated by a CPU 1, and when the telephone number is included, after the telephone number is stored, the number is displayed on a CRT 19. In designating the telephone number, the CPU 1 calls the designated telephone number to apply the automatic dial. When the line is connected, document or picture information is called, stored in an image memory 15 and the information is sent by a transmission control circuit 22.
