<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an instrument pad which is beautiful and rich in soft feeling, by a method wherein a core material composed of a rigid material is fitted to a vacuum molding tool beforehand, vacuum molding is applied to the back of a composite-foamed-sheet-bonded fabric skin so as to involve the said core material and integral molding is performed with an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A composite-foamed-sheet-bonded fabric skin material 8 is obtained by sticking, for example, a polyester fiber through lamination to the surface of a side whereto no soft polyvinyl chloride nonfoam sheet of a composite foamed sheet is laminated. Then after the temperature of a composite-bonded skin member part has been raised by heating both sides of the skin material with far infrared heaters 5, 5' by laying the composite-bonded skin material 8 on a clamp frame 7 of a vacuum molding machine, the far infrared heater is retreated sideward, then a molding tool 1 is lifted to a position where the back of the skin material and a core material about against each other by an ascending and descending cylinder 4, to which vacuum suction is applied by releasing a clamp and laminated to a rigid core material 9 composed of, for example, ABS resin laid on the vacuum molding tool 1.</p> |
