PURPOSE:To reproduce surely a correct data by distributing a data to plural coincidence detection outputs according to an address discriminated as the absence of error and using the coincidence detection circuits so as to make an input data coincident with the generated coincidence signal effective CONSTITUTION:Different kinds of data subjected to multiplex write are distributed to plural coincidence detection circuits 51-54 and the distribution is applied by using an address signal decided to be the absence of error as the result of error detection. Thus, the coincidence detection circuits 51-54 apply the coincidence detection of data of the address decided to be the absence of error and when the coincident data is reproduced, the data is decided to be effective. Even if the detection capability of an error detection code is not so much high, the fetch of erroneous data is prevented by the coincidence detection and since the coincidence detection is applied for the data of the addresses decided to be absence of error, the accuracy of coincidence detection is improved. Thus, only the correct reproducing data is fetched surely.
