CONSTITUTION:A follow-up error of a follow-up truck 3 is calculated by a relative position deviation calculating means 15 basing on signals outputted from a carrying position detecting means 7 of a vehicle 4 and a follow-up position deteciting means 8 of a follow-up truck 3. Then, the follow-up error is brought close to '0' basing on the follow-up error and signals outputted from a carrying speed detecting means 17 that detects carrying speed of a work and a follow-up speed detecting means that detects follow-up speed of the follow-up truck 3, and a signal that conforms carrying speed and follow-up speed is calculated by a follow-up speed commanding means 19. The signal is outputted to a driving means 9 that drives the follow-up truck 3, and the follow-up truck 3 is driven.
