PURPOSE:To enable an operator to give input information without waiting for reaction of the titled device by storing operation information temporarily, fetching this memory information as input, and changing the mode automatically. CONSTITUTION:When a user starts operation and gives input information, this is stored temporarily in a memory section provided in a memory area of a command forming and converting device 31. Accordingly, the user can give input information one after another without confirming the state of processing. The command forming and converting device 31 reads out temporarily stored input information successively, and processes as input information. At such a time, the mode of operation of each input information is detected, and when it is necessary to change the mode of operation, the mode of operation is not changed by the operation of user but changed automatically, and input information is displayed and processed. Thus, the user gives necessary input information at one time without minding the mode of operation, and further, it becomes unnecessary to make next operation after waiting for response.
