PURPOSE:To simplify the alignment adjustment of a calculator hologram, by obtaining the real image of a convex nonspherical surface to be measured using two convex mirrors and two half mirrors and arranging the calculator hologram at the position of the real image. CONSTITUTION:The plane wave emitted from a laser beam source 2 is split into transmitted beam and reflected beam by a first half mirror 3 and the transmitted beam is allowed to reach a convex nonspherical surface 6 through a first convex lens 4. The reflected beam from the convex nonspherical surface 6 to be measured is reflected by a second half mirror 5 and a second convex lens 8 is arranged so as to form the real image of the convex nonspherical surface to be measured to which the reflected beam from the mirror 5 is incident. A calculator hologram 7 is provided at the real image position of the convex nonspherical surface to be measured interfering the beam incident to the spherical surface of the second convex lens 8 and passing therethrough as it is and the primary diffracted beam of the beam incident to the first half mirror 3 and reflected therefrom. By this constitution, the alignment adjustment of the calculator hologram 7 can be facilitated.
