摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the analysis of protein enhanced in measuring accuracy and sensitivity by rapidly diffusing and penetrating protein in an amount sufficient for color forming reaction so as to reach a reagent layer, by arranging a predetermined reagent layer, lower and upper non-fibrous porous sheets and a fibrous porous sheet to a light pervious and water impermeable support so as to leave minute piercing gaps. CONSTITUTION:A reagent layer comprising an alkali resistant hydrophilic polymer binder containing a color forming reagent composition for the analysis of protein, which contains a water-soluble cuppric salt, a copper chelating agent and an alkali agent, in a diffused state is formed on a light previous and water impermeable support, and lower and upper fibrous porous sheets and a fibrous porous sheet are integrally laminated onto said reagent layer. Three layers of the porous sheets are adhered and integrated by an adhesive arranged partially so as to leave minute piercing gaps permitting the passage of a liquid between the adjacence surfaces of said sheets. As the fibrous porous sheet, fabric cloth, paper containing org. polymer fiber pulp, filter paper and a fibrous nonwoven fabric etc. can be used.
