PURPOSE:To enable the automatic measurement of sunshine duration, by controlling measurement and the stop thereof by photoelectric conversion output. CONSTITUTION:The photoelectric conversion output of a solar cell 1 is supplied through an inverter 2 to control a NAND gate 3 and the timer circuit 4 of an integral time measuring means enters measuring operation through a time measuring reference signal 5 and stops measurement when the output of the cell 1 comes shot. By this constitution, sunshine duration is measured automatically.
