PURPOSE:To make a less expensive mold and enable a manufacturing of a cover in a short period of time even if a shape of operating window is varied by a method wherein a projection is arranged from a bottom surface to an upper surface between a cold air injection port and an operating window and an inner core line of the forming mold is arranged at the end parts of the projections. CONSTITUTION:A projection 9 is arranged from a bottom surface to an upper surface of an ornamental cover 5 between a cold air injection port 7 and operating windows 8 and 8a, and an ornamental part is applied by a direct print or a hot stamp or the like onto a flat surface part 9b of the projection 9, and the forming mold can be replaced with the inner core at the right side of the projection part 9, so that even if the shape of the operating window is varied, the forming mold is less expensive and the mold can be manufactured in a short period of time. |
