<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain a programmable sequence controller that can be miniaturized remarkably by arranging a terminal board and indicator lamp superposing them in the direction of length of a module. CONSTITUTION:A terminal cover 43 is held attachably and detachably to a terminal board 42 by inserting its male connector 46 into a female connector 47 provided on the insulating wall 42a of the terminal wall 42a. When connecting and disconnecting an external signal line to and from terminals 44, the cover 43 is removed from the terminal board 42, and in other cases, it is attached to the terminal board 42 by the male connector 46 and female connector 47. In this way, the cover 43 carries out function as a cover to secure safety and function as a block to hold indicator lamps sufficiently and independently. Accordingly, the space necessary for the front panel of an input/output module 41 can be made only to that required for installing the terminal board 43.</p> |
