PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of dust and moisture, and to obviate the leakage of a casting agent by forming a thin-film to a pin hole, from which a pin terminal for an external wiring for the part element body of an insulating case is exposed to the outside, as a molded shape. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pin holes 9 for pin terminals 16 for external wirings for part element bodies 6 are shaped to a bottom plate 8 made of plastics fitted to an insulating case 5, and thin-films 10 in 0.1mm are formed to the pin holes 9 through molding. The part element bodies 6 and a casting agent 7 are inserted and injected to the insulating case 5, and the pin terminals 16 for the external wirings are inserted so as to be penetrated to the pin holes 9 for the bottom plate 8. Since the hole diameters of the thin-film sections in the pin holes 9, to which the pin terminals 16 for the external wirings are penetrated and which are bored, are equalized to the pin diameters of the pin terminals 16 for the external wirings, there is no clearance among the pin holes 9 and the pin terminals 16 for the external wirings, thus resulting in no intrusion of dust and moisture. The casting agent 7 does not flow out, also.
