PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a locking part to improve the crime preventability by transmitting an inquiring signal to a central controller based on the unlocking operation of a device door and receiving an unlock command from the central controller to unlock the door. CONSTITUTION:In case of operation on a weekday, the inquiring signal is generated by a query signal output part 45 when a key 46 is inserted to a hole of a lock 10. This signal is sent to a CPU 40, and the CPU 40 gives an unlock command D if a device 5 is attended with a person in charge, and a mechanical locking part 48 is unlocked by the key 46. In case of operation on a holiday or at night, a signal A is sent to the CPU 40 when a member or the like of a management company inserts the key 46 similarly, and the CPU 40 returns a guide signal B to the device 5. A signal B prompts an operator to send another information of the inquiring signal through a CRT 44. When the operator performs the input operation on an operation part 43 to send an inquiring signal C, the CPU 40 compares the signal C with preliminarily registered information, and the CPU 40 gives the command D if they coincide with each other. Thus, the reliability of the locking part is enhanced to improve the crime preventability. |
