PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cosmetic, by arranging a container in a mold or frame having a partition wall, packing a liquid having fluidity obtained by dispersing powder cosmetic into a volatile solvent into filling space made by the partition wall, drying the liquid to evaporate the solvent and pressing the resultant substance for finish. CONSTITUTION:A container 2 is arranged on the bottom of a female mold 1 and a releasable partition wall 3 is set in the mold. A powder cosmetic (e.g. one for check rouge) of A color is dispersed into a volatile solvent and slurried to give a liquid 6A for A color having fluidity and the powder cosmetic of B color is dispersed into the volatile solvent and slurried to give a liquid 6B for B color having fluidity. The liquid 6A and the liquid 6B are packed into filling space V1 and V2, respectively and dried by warm air drying, heat irradiation drying, etc., to vaporize the volatile solvent, the partition wall 3 is lifted and removed and the resultant substance is lightly pressed by a male mold to give a product. The partition wall may be fixed to a frame and, in this case, the container is transferred from the frame to a pressing female mold having no partition wall and pressing for finish is carried out. EFFECT:A boundary line is clear, a cosmetic can be packed into a part with small area and color combination of cosmetic can be carried out in a complicated color pattern. A cosmetic after drying becomes porous and has improved utility.
