<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R<1> and R<2> are protecting group; R<3> is aryl; B is base residue capable of containing protective group). EXAMPLE:5'-O-Dimethoxytritylthymidine-3'-(2-chlorophenyloxy-2-methylph enyl thio)phosphine. USE:An intermediate for producing oligodeoxynucleotides capable of readily, rapidly and stably producing the oligodeoxynucleotides. PREPARATION:A deoxynulceoside expressed by formula II, e.g. 5'-O- dimethoxytritylthymidine, etc., is initially reacted with an equimolar amount of a 1,2,4-triazolylphosphine compound expressed by formula III, e.g. 2- chlorophenyloxy-2-methylphenylthio-1,2,4-triazolylphosph-ine, etc., in heavy chloroform at room temperature for 1.5hr and the reaction solution is washed, dried, concentrated and dripped into n-pentane to afford the aimed substance.</p> |
