<p>PURPOSE:To broaden the distribution of an adsorption substance and to enhance the adsorption velocity by incorporating the adsorptive substance into thermoplastic resin wherein the fine narrow pores communicating to the other side from one side are formed in at least one part thereof and forming a carrier. CONSTITUTION:An organic liquid material B and an adsorptive substance C are mixed with thermoplastic resin A and the mixture is kneaded and thereby the following resin composition is prepared wherein C is dispersed in the mixture compatibilized with A and B in a melted state. After molding this resin composition by using a melt molding method, B is extracted and removed by using a solvent which is a good solvent for B and also a bad solvent for A and the fine communicated holes are formed, and simultaneously the adsorptive substance is incorporated therein to produce a carrier for the adsorptive substance. As thermoplastic resin, polyethylene and polypropylene, etc., are preferable, and as the solvent extracting the organic liquid material, halogenated hydrocarbon is preferable.</p> |
