PURPOSE:To obtain an Ni-base alloy excellent in strength at high temp. as well as in corrosion resistance, by regulating the amounts of Al, Ti, etc., improving strength at high temp. and Cr, Mo, etc., improving corrosion resistance in an Ni-base alloy to specific ranges, respectively, and by balancing them. CONSTITUTION:The Ni-base alloy has a composition consisting of, by weight, <=0.03% C, <=0.5% Si, <=0.5% Mn, 23.0-32.0% Cr, 2.0-6.0% Mo, 2.0-6.0% Ti, 2.0-6.0% Al, and the balance Ni and containing, if necessary, either or both of <=0.03% B and <=0.1% Zr and/or 2.0-6.0% Nb and 10.0-20.0% Fe and satisfying (Cr+Mo)=25-35% and (Cr+Mo)/(Ti+Al+1/2Nb)=3-10. This alloy is the one excellent in strength at high temp. and corrosion resistance and free from deterioration in toughness, so that it is applicable to members for high temp. service at large requiring corrosion resistance at a service temp. of 300-600 deg.C.
